Medicare does not offer a rebate for couples sessions.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please make us aware of this well before your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a full fee of the session (please keep in mind there is no rebate for cancelled appointments)

Those that hold a Medicare card are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan from their General Practitioner (GP) or referral from their Psychiatrist, if the GP/Psychiatrist find you are in need.

You are required to pay the full amount of your session on the day and Medicare will reimburse you $96.65 for each session back into your allocated bank account.

After six sessions you will need to return back to your GP to assess your eligibility for a further four sessions in a calendar year.

Please note that you are unable to claim couples sessions through Medicare.

You can opt to attend sessions privately and in this case you do not need a referral.

Some Private Health insurance companies will provide a rebate based on your level of cover. If you wish to access this rebate we can provide you with a receipt to give your private health insurance company.

Please note you cannot claim rebates from Medicare and Private Health concurrently.
